In our state-of-the-art tool shop, injection moulding tools weighing up to 5 tons are produced on the latest machines.

  • HSC milling (5-axis simultaneous up to 65 HRC, highest surface quality RA 0.2)
  • Separate graphite machine
  • Profile, cylindrical and non-circular grinding
  • Surface grinding (up to 1500 x 1000mm)
  • Die sinking and wire erosion
  • 3D coordinate measurement
