Justen (16) from Götzis is tackling this life project in the field of plastic injection molding. He pays attention to his fitness and would like to be a plastics technologist in four years' time. Alyssa (15) from Feldkirch also sees her chance in this future-oriented profession. She became aware of Lercher during a company presentation at Poly Rankweil. As a martial artist and violin player, she is ideally suited to this immensely broad-based profession. But we also have two new recruits in toolmaking technology. Jakob (15) from Feldkirch caught fire at the apprenticeship fair at Schattenburg Castle. In his free time, he rides his bike and moped, but in his job, CNC milling centers and other high-tech machines will soon capture his attention. Jan (19) came to us for a taster and discovered his vocation for technology - as a passionate drone pilot and enthusiastic about chemistry, physics and geocoaching, he is in perfect hands in the high-tech world of Lercher's Werkzeugbautechnik. Thanks to the rotation system, the apprentices - regardless of their specialization - will still get to know all departments. Because then they will understand the interrelationships of our work and how a super-precisely milled recess in a piece of metal can be used to produce an equally precise plastic part. The different industries that Lercher works for - from the automotive industry to furniture fittings and medical technology produced in clean rooms - are guaranteed to keep our new team members from getting bored. A warm "welcome" to the four of them.
