Federal Minister of Labor Martin Kocher was given a tour of our production facilities and also gave an interview.

Christian Zoll, Managing Director of the Vorarlberg Federation of Industry, and the Mayor of Klaus, Simon Morscher, joined the tour. The tour was once again designed as a one-way tour in order to better guide the flow of visitors. Guided by neon arrows on the floor, our guests were led through every department. This is the only way to really get a full picture of our work. As always, the CNC machines, the robots in the plastic injection molding department and the new clean room production were met with great interest. Our employees and apprentices were on hand to answer questions. And they did so skillfully that we were able to convince some young people to take a taster at Lercher. A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our open day with such commitment. Many of our team also used this day as an opportunity to show their relatives where they work - a very important aspect, as we are always generating new employees and apprentices from the personal social environment of our team. In the canteen, there were also sausages and something to drink and, of course, lots of information material about us and our work.
