Over 300 visitors at the 2026 open day

This year saw record-breaking attendance: Over 300 curious visitors flocked to our facility on April 10! As always, there was plenty to marvel at: from massive industrial machinery and high-tech equipment from the ground floor to the top, to our skilled staff, who enthusiastically explained all the processes.

This year, our visitors started on the top floor, entering through the stairwell. There, our 49 injection molding machines immediately caught their eye, followed by the impressive Class 7 cleanroom, which could be admired from the outside.
On the ground floor, visitors were treated to great giveaways: Frisbees, lunchboxes, and shovels to take home, as well as an engraving station for personalized bottle openers. New this year: our Pockettoy station, where 3D printers were working full steam ahead to produce cool toys and gadgets.
Tech fans marveled at the massive tools and the announcement of our new 2K injection molding machine, which will arrive this fall. It bonds two components directly during the injection molding process for faster, more robust connections.

To wrap things up, we enjoyed a hearty snack and a drink together.

A big thank you to all our visitors and, above all, to our team, without whom this day would not have been possible! See you in two years at the next “Day of the Regions” in Ländle.

Over 350 came and marveled

It was a really good feeling - finally an open day almost like before the pandemic. As part of the WIGE Vorderland "Region of the Open Door" event, we also presented our company to the general public on Friday, April 22. More than 350 visitors came to find out what actually happens behind the façade of our company building. The longest journey was probably made by a prominent guest from Vienna.

beam me up....

into the high-tech world of Lercher.

That's what five young people thought again in September 2021 as they start their careers with us. And this will lead them into an industry with enormous opportunities for the future. Pascal from Altach sees accuracy and creativity as his personal strengths. He can certainly score points with us. During his school days, he got a taste of our plastics department and became enthusiastic about the subject. Now the handball player, who plays for HC Hohenems, wants to become a plastics molder. His club colleague Niklas from Altach not only shares his love of handball, but also his enthusiasm for our green plastic-part-spitting monsters. Concentrated and independent work - that's what he likes. And after three taster sessions at other companies, he has also taken a liking to the team at Lercher. Welcome to the team.

Nightly screams

It is the middle of the night. Beams of light from flashlights flit across the machines and through the corridors at Lercher. Three figures wander through our production area and seem to be looking for something. A huge ant trail winds its way along the floor of the plastic injection molding machines. Then you hear screams - again and again.
