Traceability (UDI) thanks to integrated RFID chip.
The European Union's UDI specification requires complete traceability of medical products. We solve this task automatically in the injection molding process. A multiple micro RFID (1x1mm) is injected into the mold together with the plastic. It contains the "DNA" of the injection molded part and can be read via an RFID reader including an app.
