If such an assignment is possible, we only use this data in cases where there is a corresponding legal basis (balancing of interests in individual cases).

We also work with service providers (IT service providers, transport companies, tax consultants, auditors, debt collection agencies, insurance companies and lawyers) to whom we make your data available for this purpose. We store your personal data for as long as statutory retention obligations exist or limitation periods for potential legal claims have not yet expired.

Data will only be transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA (third countries) if this is necessary to process our business relationship, is required by law (e.g. reporting obligations under tax law) or if you have given us your consent to do so.

Insofar as we are required to do so by law or you have given us your consent to do so, we will also process the copy of your identity document that you submit or send us and the personal data contained therein, e.g. for the purpose of checking your work permit.
